CAREing PAWS – The Tyrone Public Library participates in CAREing Paws, an affiliate of R.E.A.D. ® Reading Education Assistance Dogs ® program.  CAREing Paws is dedicated to improving the reading skills of children using registered therapy teams as literacy mentors.  This program is suggested for children in grades K-6.  Participants must be able to read for a minimum of 20 minutes.  Registration is required.  For registration or additional information please contact the library at   770-487-1565.
